Appearance: Light copper and clear with a lasting head twice the size of the pour.
Smell: Sweet and citrus with a slight tart.
Taste: Toasty citrus with a hint of hops and a clean finish.
Mouthfeel: Crisp & sparkling, wet overall.
This was an enjoyable beer all around. It has a clean bite that doesn’t stick to the tongue. My only issue is with the head its like whipped cream on a beer(fits the name). Unfortunately it gets in the way, you need a stein to pour the whole bottle.
