Wexford Irish Creme Ale

Appearance: Clear amber, super creamy thick head and laces that coat the glass.

Aroma: Herbal and nutty with white fruit.

Taste: Mild yet smooth malt with some earthy hops bite on the finish.

Mouthfeel: Smooth with no carbonation and a medium-full body with a quick finish.

Coming in the nitro-can and with a similar pour I was expecting something akin to Guinness. What I received was not so much. Yes it was smooth but there was no defining stand-out taste. That being said the brewers promised something smooth and mellow and on that they delivered.         -79/100-

Update: I will say that drinking with food brings out some more complexity, making it a little roasty and biscuity.
