Fischer – Amber – France

Appearance: Crystal clear amber, small fizzy and quickly receding head with  minimal lacing.

Aroma: Sour & fruity yeast, lemon rinds and a mild hint of nut.

Taste: Grainy malt, citrus peel that is almost tart.

Mouthfeel: Crisp and smooth with light carbonation, light-medium bodied with an average finish. Although the finish itself is not average, it is tingly like you just bit into a citrus rind.

Clean and refreshing, this beer goes down easily and the citrus quality has an almost palate cleansing quality about it.                   -82/100-

  1. a bit light for an amber beer, but still very refreshing. Nonetheless I will opt for a Palm.

    1. I haven’t tried palm yet, but I’m sure I will eventually. Thanks for the idea!
