Red Hook Pilsner

Appearance: Clear golden with a quickly diminishing white head, minimal lacing.

Aroma: Almost buttery biscuit and citrus.

Taste: Floral/herbal hosp right off the bat but brought back around by bready sweet malt, very clean.

Mouthfeel: Crisp consistency, light carbonation and body and an average finish.

Not your average pilsner and in a delicious I want another way. Lots of flavor bidding for your palate. In a categorey known for premium quality this beer does its name proud.                                  -93/100-
