Brooklyn Brewing – Pennant Ale ’55 – English Pale Ale
Appearance: Hazy amber, thin creamy head that dies quickly, peaky lacing.
Aroma: Sweet fruits, piney hops with a little bit of tang.
Taste: Sweet & sour, hints of a Red Flanders Ale but lighter, piney on the back side.
Mouthfeel: Crisp consistency, delicate carbonation, light body, quick super dry finish.
Has some nice feeling but over all this beer is just there. Odd quality, the more you drink the less flavor you notice. -69/100-
