Appearance: Clear amber with a tint of orange, fizzy & foamy lasting head with big lacing.

Aroma: White wine, apples, peaches, floral yeast and grains.

Taste: Sweet grains, estery, mid-sweet white fruits, hints of citrus and bitter leafy finish (extremely light though).

Mouthfeel: Velvety consistency, champagne like carbonation, full body and an average wet finish.

First sip made me sit back it was hard to rate because I was expecting more of a bite and a bigger presentation. What I got was great balance and complexity. Delicious beer and that unfiltered yeast at the bottom give the last sip a nice twist.
