Einbecker – Mai-Ur-Bock
Appearance: Clear gold, rich creamy head leaving ringed lacing.
Aroma: Bready, grain, alcohol, floral yeast, skunked just a bit.
Taste: Sweet bready, herbal, earthy slight bitter finish with hints of alcohol.
Mouthfeel: Smooth consistency, medium carbonation and body with a quick dry finish.
First thing I noticed was the sweetness and the super clean finish, and then the skunk unfortunately. A decent beer the way it was but need to get your hands on a fresh bottle. I believe it has more to offer.
