Brasserie DuPont – Monks Stout  – Belgian Stout

Appearance: Black , Lasting foamy mocha head with clingy lacing.

Aroma: Chocolate, espresso, caramel roasted malt and smoke.

Taste: Bitter sweet chocolate, coffee, herbal bitter finish.

Mouthfeel: Crisp consistency, champagne like carbonation, full body with a quick dry finish.

Explosively bubbly, bar far the bubbliest beer I’ve ever had. Carries a sharp, clean and crisp taste. Crack this one if you want to celebrate for a beer lover. Also I think Miller High Life just lost its title…
