Goose Island – 312 – Wheat Beer
Appearance: Cloudy straw, diminishing creamy & fizzy head with lazy to little lacing.
Aroma: Clove, orange/citrus and banana.
Taste: Big floral notes with citrus peel finish.
Mouthfeel: Crisp consistency, light carbonation and body with a quick dry clean finish.
Clean & refreshing. A perfect beer for the endless heat that epitomizes South Florida. But I cant help and wonder if it tasted different before InBev acquired the brewery…
-side note- While talking and eating I forgot to snag a pic so all I have are my notes on a crumpled napkin. I snagged the pic from another wordpress user “boozedancing”
