Troubadour – Obscura – Mild StoutTroubadour Obscura Mild Stout

Appearance: Black(red hue at the rim), thick foamy head with thick patchy lacing.

Aroma: Floral yeast, smoke, roasted malt, spice and coffee.

Taste: Sweet grain, molasses, coffee, chocolate and mold bitter finish.

Mouthfeel: Creamy consistency, delicate carbonation, full body with a quick wet finish.

Big sweet notes up front that mellow out as you drink. Revealing more complexity and a hint of bitterness. It also carries a weighty warming feeling.

-Side Note- Popping the cap on this beer damn near made it explode. If you try it be sure to expect some foam right off the bat.
