Appearance: Hazy straw, thin creamy head with ringed lacing.

Aroma: Bright grain, floral yeast, citrus and grass.

Taste: Bready notes, crisp citrus with a mild hop bitter finish.

Mouthfeel: Crisp consistency, fizzy carbonation, light body with a quick dry finish.

Extreme drinkability paired with refreshing qualities make this a great summer beer.

Sierra Nevada Ruthless RyeSierra Nevada – Ruthless Rye IPA

Appearance: Hazy amber, thick foamy head with big lace rings.

Aroma: Blue spruce, honey, grapefruit, pepper and cinnamon.

Taste: Sweet malt & dark fruits, black pepper, grapefruit, turpentine with a coffee finish.

Mouthfeel: Crisp consistency, tingly carbonation, medium body with a lingering finish.

Bold and complex with subtle sweet notes that bring the whole thing together. Alone a crowd pleaser and paired with a meal it could bring out heat & spice or crush something uninteresting.

Dogfish Head – 120 Minute IPADogfish Head 120 Minute IPA

Appearance: Clear amber, thick foamy & creamy head with thick lacing.

Aroma: Grapefruit, huge pine, oranges and sweetbreads.

Taste: Apricot, cutie(the cuitrus), dark fruits, alcohol, pepper with a citrus rind finish.

Mouthfeel: Velvety viscous consistency, tingly carbonation, medium/full body with a lingering finish.

Huge warming sensations thanks to the big ABV. Bold complexity makes me want some stinky cheeses to pair with this beer if I wasn’t using it as an aperitif.

Bison Gingerbread AleBison – Gingerbread Ale – Porter

Appearance: Dark brown root beer almost black, thick foamy head with patchy lacing.

Aroma: Ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, bready notes and roasted malt.

Taste: Coffee, dark chocolate with a mild earthy bitter finish.

Mouthfeel: Crisp consistency, tingly carbonation, medium body with an average dry finish.

Big notes on the nose really give you that gingerbreadĀ sense, unfortunately those characteristics don’t carry through to the taste. Leaving you with an average porter. And now I want some damn cookies.

 

Rooney’s Old Irish Style AleRooney's Old Irish Style Ale

Appearance: Mahogany with a tinge of red, average creamy head with thick web-like lacing.

Aroma: Spicy notes, bread and a touch of wood.

Taste: Biscuit, caramel malt, cocoa, slight pine & smoke, earthy hops with a touch of bitter on the finish.

Mouthfeel: Creamy consistency, delicate carbonation, medium body with a chewy lingering finish.

Big yet delicate this beer has an enjoyable smoothness with a slight touch of sweetness. An anytime drinker.

Kostritzer SchwarzbierKostritzer – Schwarzbier

Appearance: Black with red edges, average creamy head and thin spotty lacing.

Aroma: Sweet bread, chocolate, coffee, roasted malt.

Taste: Roasted grains, pumpernickel with coffee and dark chocolate on the finish.

Mouthfeel: Creamy consistency, delicate carbonation, medium/full body with a quick dry finish.

No frills refreshing bread in a can. Thirsty and hungry? This beer has you covered.
